Terms and conditions

1. Acceptance

By scheduling a cleaning service with Tidyfree Pros("we," "us," or "our"), you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services

 * We provide residential and/or commercial cleaning services as described on our website or in our service agreement.

 * The scope of work may be adjusted based on the specific needs of the Client and the property.

 * We reserve the right to refuse service to any Client.

3. Client Responsibilities

 * The Client is responsible for ensuring the safety of our cleaning staff by:

   * Providing safe access to the property.

   * Informing us of any potential hazards (e.g., loose flooring, aggressive pets).

   * Removing any valuable or fragile items from areas to be cleaned.

 * The Client is responsible for providing adequate ventilation and access to water and electricity.

 * The Client must be present during the initial cleaning or provide clear instructions and access to the property.

4. Payment

 * Payment is due upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 * Accepted payment methods include [list accepted methods, e.g., cash, check, credit card].

 * Late payments may be subject to a late fee as per our fee schedule.

5. Cancellation Policy

 * Cancellations must be made at least 24hours/1 day in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

6. Liability

 * We are not responsible for damage to personal property unless caused by the negligence of our cleaning staff.

 * We are not responsible for the loss of valuables.

 * The Client assumes full responsibility for any injuries sustained by our cleaning staff while on the property.

7. Confidentiality

 * We will maintain the confidentiality of all information obtained during the course of our services, except as required by law.

8. Insurance

 * We maintain [type] insurance coverage to protect both the Client and our company.

9. Dispute Resolution
